therefore, any violation of those agreements results in a violation of this Registration Agreement.

FRAUD Information Submitted:

I am the president of a small software company. One of the DNS names registered through your company is being used to distribute (via the web) information on how to crack our flagship product.

The domain in question is www.ruwebit.net.

This URL contains information on how to crack one of our products:

http://www.ruwebit.net/article/94

This seems to be in direct violation of your terms of service, and in fact seems to be mentioned in part 6 of your Termination clause:

6. Using a NamesDirect.com hosted domain to point to or otherwise direct
traffic to any material that, in the sole opinion of NamesDirect.com,
is associated with "email spamming", adult material, nudity, warez or
links to warez material, in violation of copyright law, material
legally judged to be threatening or obscene or any other use that in
the sole opinion of NamesDirect.com, is considered a misuse of service.

(Of particular note is the "Warez or links to warez material".)

We would ask that you take a look at this page and determine whether or not this is in keeping with your terms of service.

If you find that this usage is consistent with your terms of Termination, we would request that you revoke their domain name.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can provide to facilitate an investigation into this matter.

Thank you for your time,
Jorj Bauer, President
